The Best Jeanist Agency is the hero office of the Pro Hero Best Jeanist (Tsunagu Hakamata) in My Hero Academia. Its best-known trainee is Katsuki Bakugo of Class 1-A, who is listed as a former member of the agency. Best Jeanist tried to correct Bakugo's crude attitude and was frustrated by the young man's stubbornness.

He believes that people with influence must keep up a positive appearance, and he likes to inspire his recruits with denim metaphors, telling them to keep their lives as straight as their jeans.

As the number four hero, Best Jeanist leads the group that raids a factory full of Nomu and rescues Ragdoll, where All For One attacks and wounds him; he loses a lung. Later Hawks fakes his death to win the villains' trust; with Best Jeanist missing, Bakugo has nowhere to go when work studies resume. Best Jeanist comes back alive during the war, restrains Gigantomachia and the League with his fibres, and it is to him that Bakugo declares his hero name.
