Nighteye Agency
Sir Nighteye's hero agency, where Izuku interned and which Centipeder inherited.
The Nighteye Agency is the hero agency of Mirai Sasaki, the Pro Hero Sir Nighteye, a former sidekick to All Might whose Quirk Foresight lets him see a person's future. Designed after the stereotypical look of a Japanese salaryman in contrast to All Might's American styling, Nighteye hires Izuku Midoriya into the agency after learning that the boy did not damage any of his All Might merchandise.

Background
Nighteye had at first disapproved of All Might choosing Izuku, who had been Quirkless, as his successor and heir to One For All, protesting that any number of people would be more suitable and that good intentions and willpower alone could not make a successor. He cares deeply for All Might, voicing grave concern that he kept up his hero duties after the horrific injuries of his first battle with All For One and pleading with him to retire and concentrate on finding a successor, since he foresaw a horrible death if All Might continued as the Symbol of Peace. Overhaul fatally wounds Nighteye during the Shie Hassaikai raid, and he dies in hospital in All Might's company.
Juzo Moashi, the centipede-headed hero Centipeder, has a Quirk that gives him long centipede-like limbs filled with agonizing poison; a gentleman and very well-mannered, he takes over the agency after Sir Nighteye's death. Kaoruko Awata, hero name Bubble Girl, is one of Nighteye's assistants, making bubbles filled with any aroma she has smelled at least once through her Quirk Bubble. A fairly serious and dedicated hero who stays calm even when worried about Nighteye, who "fires" her quite frequently, she remains at the agency after his death.
