All Might against All For One, with the whole world watching.
The Kamino Ward Showdown is the duel between All Might and All For One that ends the hideout raid in My Hero Academia. All For One, the mastermind behind the League of Villains, appears in Kamino Ward after the heroes have cornered his followers. He snatches the League and the kidnapped Katsuki Bakugo away from them and flattens the Pro Hero Best Jeanist with a blast of air.
Lore & Background
All Might arrives and attacks, but he is worried for Bakugo and cannot use his full power, and All For One throws him back with a combination of stolen Quirks. Once the students have carried Bakugo to safety the two clash in earnest, in a battle seen across the world. Edgeshot and Endeavor step in to help All Might. To break his spirit, All For One reveals that Tomura Shigaraki is the grandson of All Might's own mentor, raised into a villain over many years.
Reader's Guide
The revelation backfires. All Might gathers what power he has left into one fist and lands his strongest attack, the United States of Smash. All For One is beaten and sent to the maximum-security prison Tartarus, where he takes pleasure in the thought that Shigaraki will now grow without his teacher. The victory costs All Might the last of One For All, and he retires.
