Vic Hoskins

InGen's security chief, who wanted the raptors as weapons.

Vic Hoskins is the head of InGen Security and the secondary antagonist of Jurassic World, played by Vincent D'Onofrio. The film's in-universe marketing website says he got the job after overseeing the killing of Pteranodons that escaped to Canada after Jurassic Park III.

He had been part of a two-year programme testing the Velociraptors' intelligence, and after seeing them obey Owen Grady he wants to use them as weapons; he also has a secret alliance with Henry Wu. After Simon Masrani dies, Hoskins takes command and sends the raptors after the Indominus rex. When that fails, he and the InGen team evacuate the lab with the embryos and Wu, but a raptor corners Hoskins in the lab and kills him.
