Quick Facts

Species: Velociraptor
Location: Isla Nublar

Lore & Background

The raptors demonstrated high intelligence and the ability to follow commands. Vic Hoskins, head of InGen security, believed these animals could be weaponized based on their pack dynamics, a concept Owen Grady vehemently opposed. When the raptors were used to track the escaped Indominus rex, it usurped Owen's command of them because it possessed Velociraptor DNA.
