After Neo is reawakened and sees her pod, he enacts a rescue plan interrupted by the Analyst's use of Bullet Time. At Simulatte, Tiffany initially rejects Neo but eventually wakes up, rejecting her fabricated life.

When the Analyst tries to kill her using Bullet Time again, Smith intervenes with a purging gun, killing him. Trinity and Neo fight off forces and escape into a skyscraper surrounded by police.
