The Shie Hassaikai Hideout is the base of operations for the Shie Hassaikai, a yakuza group who are experimenting on their boss' granddaughter Eri to produce Quirk-Destroying Drugs. It is the setting where multiple Hero agencies, led by Sir Nighteye's, raid the base to save Eri.

The Shie Hassaikai, a yakuza group, operate from this hideout under the young boss Overhaul, who experiments on Eri, the former boss's granddaughter, to create Quirk-Destroying Drugs; the main hideout lies underground. The hideout is the focal point of a conflict between the League of Villains and the hero agencies, culminating in a raid led by Sir Nighteye's team. During the raid, Nighteye is killed, Mirio is de-powered, and the remaining drugs are stolen by the League. Eri is eventually rescued and adopted by the U.A. staff.
