The Celestial Shell is a Hardmode accessory in Terraria, obtainable after Golem is defeated, that merges the stat boosts of the Celestial Stone with the transformations of the Moon Shell in a single accessory slot.

Background

All of its other components can be obtained before Plantera except the Sun Stone, which is dropped by Golem. Its effects do not stack with those of any of the items it is made from. Hiding the accessory hides the Werewolf and Merfolk transformations while keeping the boosts, and wearing it in a vanity slot makes the character look like a Werewolf even in daytime, but gives no boosts. Its damage bonus is 2% lower than the Avenger Emblem's, but it adds 2% critical strike chance along with defense and regeneration, which makes it a strong choice for every class.
