Stardust Cell Staff

The minion hovers near enemies and fires a homing mini-cell that attaches to the target, inflicting the Celled debuff.^[1] The Celled debuff deals 20 damage per second, and up to 10 mini-cells can attach to one target for a total of 200 damage per second.^[1] The best modifier for the Stardust Cell Staff is Fabled.^[1] This Hardmode summon weapon, available after the Lunatic Cultist is defeated, calls forth a Stardust Cell minion.^[1]

When an enemy is beyond its reach, the Stardust Cell minion teleports to it.^[1] The Stardust Cell Staff has a damage of 60 (Summon), a knockback of 2 (Very weak), and a use time of 36 (Very slow).^[4]

Recipes

It is crafted at an Ancient Manipulator using 18 Stardust Fragments on Desktop, Console, and Mobile versions.^[2]

Tips

The Stardust Cell Staff can be considered an indirect upgrade to the Xeno Staff, but its cells do not re-target instantly after an enemy is defeated.^[3] Because Stardust Cells readily activate the bonus projectile, they work well with the Stardust Dragon Staff and Constellation.^[3]
