Zenith

The Zenith has a base 14% critical strike chance and a damage value of 190 (Melee).^[1][2] When thrown into Shimmer, the Zenith transforms into the True Copper Shortsword.^[1][3] A melee weapon available after defeating the Moon Lord in Hardmode.^[1] The weapon launches quick projectiles in a curved path toward the aiming point, which then loop back.^[1]

The launched blades travel through solid matter, hit an unlimited number of foes, and seek out targets.^[1] Legendary is the optimal reforge for this item.^[1]

The Zenith is crafted at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil using the Terra Blade, Meowmere, Star Wrath, Influx Waver, The Horseman's Blade, Seedler, Starfury, Bee Keeper, Enchanted Sword, and Copper Shortsword.^[4]

Trivia

Typical damage output in normal play ranges from twenty thousand to thirty thousand per second.^[5] With optimal gear and positioning, single-target damage can exceed seventy thousand per second.^[5] Its crafting tree requires twenty-two separate base components, more than any other item.^[5]
