Background

It lets the player cling to vertical walls and slide down them, dash a short distance by double-tapping a movement key, and sometimes dodge enemy attacks automatically. There is a one-second cooldown between dashes. Its dodge does not stack with the Black Belt's, but it does stack with other dodge items such as the Brain of Confusion and the Mystic Arts Sash. The dash covers about twice the distance of the Shield of Cthulhu's, though it does nothing to enemies the player runs into, and the player takes the damage instead. Its abilities echo the climbing, sprinting and dodging feats that legend attributes to ninja.
