Lore & Background

The season follows Naruto Uzumaki and Utakata as they try to destroy the Forbidden Jutsu and save Hotaru, a girl of the clan whom Team 7 and Yamato escort to her village. Ninja bandits hunting the jutsu ambush her there, and their ally Shiranami later captures her and takes her to the Tsuchigumo village.
