Himiko Toga

The blood-obsessed League of Villains member who becomes whoever she loves.

Himiko Toga is a villain in the League of Villains and the archenemy of Ochaco Uraraka. Her Quirk, Transform, lets her take on another person's appearance after drinking their blood, and it later evolves so she can also use the Quirk of the person she becomes, as long as she knows how that Quirk works.

Toga is cheerful to an unsettling degree, smiling even after she has apparently killed someone, yet she embarrasses easily. Her parents rejected her over her fixation on blood, and she left home after attacking a bleeding classmate she liked. To her, loving someone means wanting to become them, which is why she tries to befriend Ochaco and Tsuyu Asui even while trying to kill them. During the Provisional Hero License Exam she infiltrates disguised as Camie, then as Ochaco, but Izuku sees through it. After Twice's death she uses his blood to copy his Double Quirk in the final battle, holding back the heroes who are trying to stop All For One from reaching Tomura. Ochaco finally gets through to her in their last fight, and Toga gives her life in a blood transfusion that pulls Ochaco back from the edge of death.
