Lore & Background

Hawks is a Pro Hero who operates out of a Hero Agency, which serves as his base of operations and a means for him to run a business. As a top-ranked hero, he has achieved celebrity status and is listed on the Hero Billboard Charts. During the war between heroes and the Paranormal Liberation Front, Hawks had spied on the PLF. When Twice refuses to surrender, Hawks reluctantly kills him, even as Dabi arrives to help his companion. This act, along with Dabi's later revelation of his identity as Toya Todoroki, destroyed public trust in Heroes by broadcasting Endeavor's abusive past and Twice's death.

Reader's Guide

Hawks is a Pro Hero who ranks as the No. 2 Hero on the Hero Billboard Charts. He works out of a Hero Agency, cooperating with authorities to rescue people and apprehend villains. During the Paranormal Liberation War, Hawks served as a spy for the heroes, infiltrating the Paranormal Liberation Front. His Quirk, Fierce Wings, gives him red feathered wings for high-speed flight, and he can detach the feathers and control them from a distance as blades. After being exposed as a double agent he is severely burned by Dabi and rescued by Tokoyami; he later loses his Quirk to All For One and, in the epilogue, becomes president of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
