The Dock is Zion's shipyard, where the city's hovercraft return. In The Matrix Revolutions it becomes the main battlefield when a horde of Sentinels overwhelms the shipyard.

During the final battle, Zion's Armored Personnel Unit corps, headed by Captain Mifune, defends the dock until Mifune is killed. Zee saves the Kid from a Sentinel, allowing him to shoot the dock gates open for the Mjolnir, with Link inside, to enter Zion; the ship crashes through the half-open gate and discharges the EMP that ends the battle.
