Training Center

The Training Center is the Capitol building, just behind the president's mansion on the City Circle, where tributes live and train in the days before the Hunger Games. Each district's tributes stay on the floor that matches their district number together with their mentor, escort and prep team, waited on by Avoxes, while the training gymnasium is in the basement. The roof garden is sealed off by a force field so that no tribute can throw themselves off it.
