Background

Each swing makes three pink stars fall toward the cursor. A star can pierce one enemy and passes through blocks until it reaches the cursor's height or comes within 12.5 tiles above the player, after which it breaks apart when it touches a block. Melee speed bonuses make the stars travel faster but do not raise the rate of fire. The sword and its stars are fully bright in the dark, and it works best in open areas where all of the falling stars have room to land.
