Himiko Toga's Transformation Quirk
Drink someone's blood, take their shape.
Transform is the Quirk of Himiko Toga, a member of the League of Villains in My Hero Academia. By drinking a person's blood she can take on that person's physical appearance. The ability later evolves: she can also use the Quirk of whoever she turns into, as long as she knows enough about that Quirk.
Lore & Background
Toga's use of the Quirk is bound up with her obsession with blood and her idea of love. She tells Ochaco Uraraka that it is only natural to want to be like the person one loves, which for her means physically becoming that person. Her parents rejected her for her fascination with blood, and she ran away from home after attacking a bleeding student she liked. The copied forms include clothes, but she is unclothed underneath them.
Reader's Guide
At the Provisional Hero License Exam she infiltrates the test disguised as the Shiketsu student Camie and also turns into Ochaco to get close to Izuku, who sees through it. In the war with the Meta Liberation Army in Deika City her Quirk awakens, and she copies Ochaco's abilities and uses them to kill the executive Curious. In the final war she drinks a sample of Twice's blood and floods the battlefield with his doubles. After her last fight with Ochaco she gives her own blood in a transfusion that saves Ochaco's life and costs Toga hers.
