Humanity's oldest colony in the Skyllian Verge

Elysium is a human colony in the Skyllian Verge in Mass Effect, founded in 2160 and humanity's oldest settlement in that region. Its mild climate and low gravity made it a popular 'alpine paradise' for humans and aliens alike, but it has faced repeated pirate and mercenary raids, most notably the Skyllian Blitz of 2176.
