Sparatus
Turian member of the Citadel Council
Sparatus is the turian Councilor on the Citadel Council in Mass Effect, holding the seat in 2183 and keeping it through 2186 unless the Destiny Ascension is lost in the Battle of the Citadel, in which case Quentius replaces him. He is usually the first Councilor to doubt a new claim, and once proven wrong he tends to move the conversation on rather than accept blame.
