Thessia
The eezo-rich homeworld of the asari.
Thessia is the homeworld of the asari in the Mass Effect series. It is rich in Element Zero, the material that releases dark energy under an electric current, and so much of it is present in the planet's water and soil that life there evolved around it, which is why the asari are naturally inclined towards biotics.

Background
The asari have no single world government: politically, Thessia is made up of loose confederacies known as the Asari Republics, similar in concept to the city-states of Ancient Greece. Its typical buildings are built of large, swooping curves, while the Temple of Athame has upward-sweeping lines like a cathedral.
Thessia is one of several asari worlds, along with Illium, invaded by the Reapers in Mass Effect 3.
In Mass Effect 3 the asari councilor tells Shepard of a hidden Prothean artifact on Thessia, in the Temple of Athame, that may help identify the Catalyst needed to complete the Crucible. There Shepard finds a Prothean VI called Vendetta, but Kai Leng steals it as Thessia falls to the Reapers.
