The 2023 UEFA Super Cup was the 48th edition of the UEFA Super Cup, played on 16 August 2023 at the Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus, Greece, between Manchester City (winners of the 2022–23 UEFA Champions League) and Sevilla (winners of the 2022–23 UEFA Europa League). Manchester City won 5–4 on penalties after a 1–1 draw following 90 minutes, securing their first UEFA Super Cup title.

The match was originally scheduled for the Ak Bars Arena in Kazan, Russia, but was relocated to Piraeus on 25 January 2023 due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This was the second UEFA club competition final hosted at the Karaiskakis Stadium, after the 1971 European Cup Winners' Cup final.
