Romeo, King of Puppets
The Puppet ruler of the opera house, once Carlo's best friend.
Romeo, known as the King of Puppets, is a mandatory boss of Lies of P, fought on the stage of the Estella Opera House at the end of Chapter VI, first as a giant nameless puppet and then, in a second phase, as Romeo himself. Geppetto tells P that this King is behind the Puppet Frenzy, but like P he looks almost exactly human, and he tries to speak before the two fight to the death.
Background
As a human, Romeo grew up an orphan in the Monad Charity House, became a Stalker and, with his best friend Carlo, trained under the Legendary Stalker Lea Florence Monad. After he died at the hands of Arlecchino and Geppetto he was brought back as a Puppet bound by the Grand Covenant. When the Covenant turned Puppets against humans he took charge of them as their King and steered them toward fighting Carcasses instead, while trying to warn P about Geppetto. He appears alive, without lines, in the Overture expansion; Chase Brown voices him.
