The Lie System
Lie or tell the truth: the choices that make P human.
The Lie System lets P choose, in certain conversations, between lying and telling the truth, which changes how dialogue and side quests play out. Lies earn humanity, gradually changing P's appearance as he becomes a real boy, and each answer brings different rewards such as items, collectables and weapons.
Background
The very first choice comes at Hotel Krat, whose door stays shut until P lies that he is human. Later, the Weeping Woman in Elysion Boulevard asks whether her baby, really a broken puppet, is cute. Above all, the system decides the ending: P needs high humanity for the Rise of P ending.
