Noritoshi Kamo, a Kyoto Jujutsu High student, inherits the technique despite his illegitimate status. He specializes in blood-guided arrows, pairing traditional archery with precise control of blood. Choso, the eldest of the Death Paintings that Kenjaku created while using the body of an earlier Noritoshi Kamo, wields Blood Manipulation with greater efficiency because of his hybrid physiology.

Noritoshi and Choso both help train Yuji Itadori in blood techniques, and Yuji awakens Blood Manipulation himself before the final battle with Sukuna.
