Lore & Background
Gojo's Six Eyes carry extrasensory powers: they sharpen his ability to see, read and manipulate cursed energy and strengthen his own technique, Limitless. Gege Akutami's starting idea for Gojo's design was a blindfold that he could see through because of his supernatural powers.
Reader's Guide
Within the story the Six Eyes set Gojo apart. Jiro Awasaka and Ogami, two old Curse Users hired by Kenjaku to raise curtains in Shibuya, feared him and said their freedom had been taken from them because of his Six Eyes and Limitless Technique.
