Reader's Guide

In the annals of Earth's mystical history, the Eternal Dragon stands as a testament to divine craftsmanship. He was created by Kami, the creator of Earth's Dragon Balls and Earth's guardian deity. The dragon cannot grant a wish that exceeds the power of its creator. After the wish is granted the balls scatter across the planet, turn to stone and are useless for a year. When Dende recreated Earth's Dragon Balls, he made it so that two wishes can be made at once.
