Mistystar
The river bends around her, but she never breaks.
Mistystar is a RiverClan she-cat in Warriors, known as Mistyfoot through the early arcs, and the leader of RiverClan after Leopardstar. She is the daughter of the ThunderClan leader Bluestar and the RiverClan warrior Oakheart, brought to RiverClan as a kit and raised there. As Bluestar dies she asks her kits to forgive the lie about their parents.
Lore & Background
In Bluestar's Prophecy, Bluefur takes her three kits to their father so that she can become ThunderClan's deputy; Mosskit dies on the way, and Mistykit and Stonekit grow up in RiverClan. In A Dangerous Path the warriors Mistyfoot and Stonefur find Fireheart struggling to pull Bluestar from the river and help drag her to the bank, where Bluestar asks their forgiveness and they give it; Mistyfoot asks to help carry her body home and sit vigil. In The Darkest Hour, TigerClan imprisons the two as half-Clan traitors. Firestar, Graystripe and Ravenpaw rescue Mistyfoot, but Stonefur is killed defending the apprentices Featherpaw and Stormpaw. In Starlight she joins the patrol that explores the lake to find a camp for each Clan, and later brings ThunderClan the warning that Mudclaw and Hawkfrost have been meeting at night.
