Kvothe's training among the Adem.

In The Wise Man's Fear the Adem mercenary Tempi is called to stand trial for teaching Kvothe the Ketan, a secret martial art. Kvothe goes with him to Ademre.

Lore & Background

There Kvothe completes his training in the Ketan and in the Lethani philosophy to justify Tempi's teaching. After a series of final tests he receives an ancient sword, which he names Caesura, and an Adem legend about the names and signs of the Rhinta, whom he knows as the Chandrian.
