Katniss's stylist, the designer behind "The Girl on Fire".

Cinna is Katniss Everdeen's stylist. For the opening of the Games he dresses Katniss and Peeta in fiery costumes that make them stand out and earn Katniss the nickname "The Girl on Fire". In Catching Fire he builds Katniss's interview wedding gown so that it turns into a black, feathered mockingjay dress, and just before she enters the arena she has to watch Peacekeepers beat him and drag him away. In the final film, a costume he made proves bulletproof and saves Katniss when she is shot.
