Mystic Chronicles is a Japanese role-playing video game developed by Kemco. Originally released as Fantasy Chronicles for iOS, it was retitled with a new English translation by Natsume Inc. for its PlayStation Portable release in North America on July 16, 2013. The game was later re-released on multiple platforms as Genso Chronicles.

Development
Kemco, a developer known for NES-era games, shifted focus to smaller retro-based mobile titles in the 2010s. Fantasy Chronicles was originally released for iOS. In February 2013, Natsume Inc. announced they would release the game for PlayStation Portable under the new title Mystic Chronicles, featuring a new translation to address criticism of the original release. The PSP version also includes an additional storyline. The game was updated for PlayStation Vita compatibility on August 6, 2013.
