High Charity was the Covenant's mobile capital city. In Halo 2 the Gravemind escapes confinement, invades High Charity and captures the human AI Cortana; in Halo Wars 2: Awakening the Nightmare the Banished release surviving Flood forms from High Charity's wreckage.
Reader's Guide
The only relevant information is that the Covenant fell into civil war and that the Arbiter allied with the Master Chief to stop the Covenant and Flood, ending the Human-Covenant War.
