Background
It is set in the tundra of Icewind Dale, and its four playable heroes come from R. A. Salvatore's novels: Drizzt Do'Urden, Catti-brie, Bruenor Battlehammer and Wulfgar. Solo players can switch between them, and up to four people can play together online. Wizards of the Coast bought Tuque Games in October 2019 while the studio was making the game, and Salvatore helped with it from the start. The game was pulled from digital stores and its online servers were shut down on February 24, 2025, though owners can still play alone.
