Plagiotremus ewaensis, also called the Ewa blenny, Ewa fangblenny, or blue-stripe blenny, is a combtooth blenny from the family Blenniidae. It is a reef fish found only in the Hawaiian Islands.

This fish is orange or reddish-brown, with blue and black stripes running the length of its body. It reaches about 4 inches (100 mm) in length. Its name comes from its sharp fangs, which it uses to bite flesh from prey and to defend itself. If swallowed, the fangblenny bites the inside of its predator’s mouth until it is released. A carnivore, it wanders the reef feeding on scales, skin, and mucus from larger fish. As a secondary consumer, it also feeds on predators such as sharks.
