The Eye of Nehaleni is a quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, an artifact tied to the deity Nehaleni. Keira Metz gives it to Geralt during the quest Wandering in the Dark, and from then on he can use it to clear magical illusions that hide entrances, passages and rooms.
