Monarch Stellar Industries' saltuna town on the embargoed moon Monarch.
Stellar Bay is a company town on Monarch, owned and run by Monarch Stellar Industries and led by Sanjar Nandi. It is the largest saltuna producer in the Halcyon colony.

Background
Stellar Bay was once one of the colony's most important saltuna suppliers. When the Board and most companies withdrew from Monarch, one company took the moon through a legal loophole and became Monarch Stellar Industries, and the Board retaliated by putting Monarch under an indefinite embargo through the Hazard Clause. Outside the walls the land is overrun by native wildlife and marauders. The companion Nyoka is found at the town's Yacht Club, and the Stranger's first trip to Monarch in the main story leads here.
