Background
At character creation the player has points to spread across the six attributes, each of which can be set from Below Average through Average, Good and High to Very High. Lowering one to Below Average frees an extra point but carries a penalty. Each attribute level adds to or subtracts from the starting values of the skills linked to it - Strength, for instance, affects melee weapons, melee damage and how much the Stranger can carry, while Charm and Perception open up extra dialog options. A Below Average Intelligence unlocks 'dumb' dialog choices.
