Background
Nyoka was never close to her parents, who disagreed with her about the corporations, and they left Monarch when the Board's Hazard Clause was enacted. After most of the corporations pulled out she teamed up with another hunter, Jackson Hayes, and the two worked as hunters for hire. Phineas Welles reaches the Information Broker through her in the main quest Radio Free Monarch. In the party she raises the player's Lie, Medical and Sneak skills, and her special attack is Barrage. She is voiced by Mara Junot.
