Background
After the failed terraforming of Terra 1 and the Board's Hazard Clause drove the other corporations out, MSI used a legal loophole to take possession of the moon and renamed it after itself; the Board answered with a trade embargo. MSI promotes workers' rights and democratic ideals, and Sanjar Nandi wants to bring his brand of freedom to the rest of Halcyon. Its headquarters is in Stellar Bay. Its anti-Board stance is shared by the Iconoclasts, but the two are rivals on Monarch.
