Background
Felix is an orphan who grew up as a stowaway in the Groundbreaker's Back Bays. He admits the childhood was lonely but does not like to dwell on it. His Tactical Time Dilation description calls him a rebel without a clue and a fan of the drop-kick, which is also his special attack. In the party he helps with Persuade checks and raises the player's Persuade, Sneak and Lockpick skills; his companion quest is Friendship's Due. He is voiced by Jonathan Silver.
