Lore & Background

Though they look like Hylians, they are a separate race with great technological skill, shown in Breath of the Wild through the Guardians, Shrines and Towers. A splinter group, the Yiga, gathered around Calamity Ganon after the kingdom shunned the Sheikah following the first Great Calamity; led by Master Kohga, the Yiga are played for comedy and love bananas.
