Leafy forest spirits who scatter seeds.
Koroks are small plant-like beings with wooden bodies and leaf masks, first seen in The Wind Waker, where they are said to be the Kokiri transformed after the Great Flood.

Lore & Background
They are light enough to fly using sprouts as propellers. In The Wind Waker they leave their home, the Forest Haven, to plant the Great Deku Tree's seeds around the world and return once a year for a ceremony to collect more. In Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom they hide all over Hyrule, and their seeds can be traded with Hestu, a large Korok, for more weapon slots.
