Zora
The fish people of Zora's Domain.
The Zora are aquatic, fish-like humanoids who live in Zora's Domain and Lake Hylia, and in lands outside Hyrule such as Termina and Labrynna.
Lore & Background
There are two branches: the River Zora of the first game, who are aggressive and can shoot fire, and the Sea Zora of Ocarina of Time, who are mostly peaceful; Oracle of Ages gave the branches these names. Both have monarchies, such as King Zora De Bon XVI in Ocarina of Time, Sidon in Tears of the Kingdom and Queen Oren in A Link Between Worlds. Zora live long, lay eggs that need cold, clean water, and hatch looking like tadpoles.
