The Peacekeepers

The Capitol's armed police in the districts.

The Peacekeepers enforce the Capitol's rule in the districts. In Catching Fire, harsher Peacekeepers take over District 12, and before the Quarter Quell they beat Cinna and drag him away. In The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Coriolanus Snow and Sejanus are both sent into the Peacekeepers as punishment. In the final film the rebels fight the Peacekeepers in the streets of the Capitol.
