Vicky
Timmy's sadistic babysitter, the reason he needed fairies.
Vicky is the cruel sixteen-year-old who used to babysit Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents and, with Mr. Crocker, one of the show's two main antagonists. Her treatment of Timmy is one of the main reasons, perhaps the first, that he was given fairy godparents. Grey DeLisle voices her, as well as her sister Tootie.

Background
As shown in Abra-Catastrophe!, she began babysitting Timmy when he was eight and she was fourteen, after he found her flier and called the number, and she talked his parents into going out more and leaving him with her. Often the mere mention of her name brings thunder and lightning, and she takes other jobs too, usually ones that involve hurting people or sharp objects. Her appearances drop off after Poof's birth, because the writers found it hard to come up with new plots for legacy characters. In live action she is played by Devon Weigel, and by Mary Kate Wiles in Fairly Odder.
