Background
In Timmy's Secret Wish! the Fairy Council summons him to undo Timmy's secret wish and the frozen time it caused, which he does by advancing everyone's age by 50 years. He can alter, rewind and fast-forward time, and uses his watch to teleport and to cast hypnotic spells. He acts strange and silly, cracks unfunny time jokes and likes words such as 'shabango' and 'shazam'. Under Da Rules he is among those who can wipe a godchild's memories after the ultimate violation.
