Cosmo Julius Cosma is one of the two title fairies of The Fairly OddParents, a fairy godparent who serves alongside his wife Wanda. His eccentricity and lack of intelligence often put his godkids in danger or make him misread a wish. Daran Norris has voiced him since his debut.

Background
Cosmo has caused chaos since the day he was born: with a magic rattle he accidentally turned Jorgen into a bomb that blew up all of Fairy World, and with his first wand he turned his father into a fly, never to be seen again. His mother, Mama Cosma, sent him to the Fairy Godparent Academy, where Jorgen Von Strangle taught him; when the class learned to turn flying plates into birds and butterflies, Cosmo made a destructive hydra he kept as a pet named Snowball. His destructive babyhood is the reason the Fairy Council banned fairy babies until Poof.
