Foop Anti-Cosma-Anti-Fairywinkle is the Anti-Fairy counterpart of Poof in The Fairly OddParents and the son of Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda; his name is Poof spelled backwards, which he hates. Eric Bauza voices him. He first appears in the episode Anti-Poof and becomes a recurring villain.

Background
Foop is said to be the first Anti-Fairy baby born in thousands of years after his father, and he wants to destroy Poof so he will not have to share the spotlight as the only fairy baby. In Anti-Poof he drains the Big Anti-Wand to turn Anti-Fairy World into a cute storybook land and its Anti-Fairies into stuffed-animal creatures, then drains the colour and magic from Fairy World before battling Poof. Like his father he is smart and manipulative, but arrogant and reckless, so his schemes often fail. He appears in CGI in A Fairly Odd Summer, and in The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish he returns as an adult named Irep, Dev Dimmadome's anti-fairy godparent.
