Background
Hazel is the daughter of Angela and Marcus Wells and has always looked up to her older brother Antony. She used to live in the suburbs before moving into an apartment in Dimmadelphia, where her pink-and-green-haired neighbours turn out to be Cosmo and Wanda, who come out of retirement to become her fairy godparents. At school she starts out introverted and slowly comes out of her shell.
