Background
Timmy wanted a dog after realising he was the only one in Dimmsdale without a pet, but he was banned from every pet store in town, so Wanda poofed him to the Fairy World Pet Store, where he adopted Sparky. Sparky has yellow fur with orange ears and top of the head, blue eyes, and a star on his tail that works as his wand; instead of world-changing wishes he does 'dog magic', conjuring bones and fire hydrants. Cheerful but clumsy, he keeps being returned by owners because of his 'dog things', and in Fairly OddPet he afflicts the town with magical fleas. His character was modelled on Rick Moranis's Louis Tully from Ghostbusters.
